Terms and conditions
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL GOODS BOUGHT FROM WEAR MY HAIR.COM
- All goods remain the property of Wear my Hair.com until they are paid for.
- Orders are subject to availability from suppliers and acceptance of Wear my Hair.com.
- All prices are as stated and discounts offered only in writing and as settlement for bulk orders. Discounts must be taken with 7 days or as stated by Wear my Hair.com.
- Goods returned can only be credited for refund when returned within 10 days of purchase and received back at Wear my Hair's Head Office unused and unworn and in perfect condition with original packaging, labelling and invoice. Customers are advised to send returns by special (recorded) delivery.
- All returned goods are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
- All returned goods must arrive back at Wear my Hair.com within 14 days of invoice date to qualify for a refund.
- Purchased goods will normally be dispatched by special delivery for small packets or within 3-5 working days for large parcels. Wear my Hair.com will not accept any liability for any delays in delivery.
- Where goods are ordered but out of stock, delivery can take up to 28 days or longer. This is due to manufacturing lead times.
- Where goods are ordered in customer specified colour combinations, delivery can take 28 days or longer as such orders are custom manufactured by suppliers overseas.
- Wear my Hair.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders in situations such as war, government actions at home or abroad, civil unrest, strikes and Force Majeur.
- Normal post and packaging charges will be applied and all orders are subject to a minimum value of £15.00.
- This agreement between Wear my Hair.com and customers shall be governed by English Law.
WARRANTY
1. Wear my Hair.com accepts no responsibility for goods returned faulty unless the faults can reasonably be deemed as manufacturing defects having occurred during the last 3 months of invoice date.
2. Wigs, extensions and hairpieces damaged by the customer will not be accepted for credit refund or exchange or free of charge replacement.
3. Wear my Hair.com will, under all circumstances, need to receive and inspect any faulty claims before deciding whether any re-imbursement is due. Goods should be sent by recorded delivery to the company’s head office.
